How do we communicate?

I'm flexible and can use your preferred tools. Common options include:

Are you available on weekends or after hours?

My standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm (UK time).

Evening and weekend support is available at an out-of-hours rate—let’s discuss what works best for you.

How do you ensure confidentiality and data security?

I follow strict confidentiality practices. Sensitive information is securely stored using tools like LastPass or 1Password. I’m also happy to sign NDAs and follow your specific protocols.

What tools do you use?

I’m experienced with a range of tools, including:

How do you charge for your services?

Flexible pricing options include:

  • Hourly: £35 (working hours) / £95 (evenings & weekends)

  • Power Hour: £65 – one-off focused session to tackle a specific task

  • Monthly Retainer: e.g. 10 hours/month

  • Task or Project-Based Pricing – Custom quotes available on request

Can you work across time zones?

Absolutely. I work with clients globally. While communication is based on UK time, all work is completed on time, wherever you are.

What’s the onboarding process like?

Here’s what to expect:

  • Free initial consultation

  • GDPR & Terms agreed and signed (via DocuSign)

  • Start date confirmed

  • Tools and tasks set up (billing begins here)

  • Access shared (e.g. calendars, passwords)

  • Optional trial period

  • Regular check-ins (weekly, monthly or ad hoc)
